MAT Pilates

Mat Pilates is a 45 min class , a refreshing way to enhance core strength, flexibility, and posture!

This low-impact class focuses on controlled movements and breath, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

Participants will engage in a series of dynamic exercises that improve muscle tone, balance, and mind-body connection. The calming atmosphere encourages relaxation and stress relief, creating a holistic workout experience.




BELLYDANCE

It's  a fun expressive and elegant dance, it combines graceful movements of hips, belly, arms and torso with rhythmic and emotional music.

Bellydance helps improve coordination, posture, flexibility, and self-confidence while providing a fun full-body workout.  It is suitable for all ages and fitness levels

A beautiful way to move, express yourself, and celebrate culture, confidence, and femininity through dance.


Cardio Kickboxing ​​
a high-energy workout that combines martial arts moves with heart-pumping cardio! Punches, kicks and combos - Perfect for all levels, participants will enjoy a full-body workout that boosts strength, endurance, and coordination while burning calories and relieving stress.

Each session features dynamic warm-ups, skill drills, and intense cardio intervals, all set to energizing music. Not only does it build confidence and agility, but it also fosters a fun, supportive community. Duration 50 min

Is a high-energy fitness class designed to improve strength, endurance and overall fitness through a mix of cardio and strength training exercises

Boot Camp workouts are fun, motivating, and adaptable for different fitness levels. they help built stamina, burn calories, tone muscles, and boost confidence in a supportive group environment.

Zumba®Toning
Zumba®

When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba® moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba® Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.​
